The Public Relations and Social Media team provides strategic counseling and develops comprehensive programs that are implemented throughout the duration of the Ad Council's national PSA campaigns. Services range from media relations and training to conducting satellite TV and radio media tours, developing strategic partnerships, recruiting social media agencies and engaging communities on social networking sites. The team works closely with the Interactive Services group on all social media elements. Quantifiable goals are established at the outset, and each program generates measurable results.
